Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support:

o Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operational activities.

o Monitor and report on the progress of tasks, projects, and processes to ensure timely completion.

2. Administrative Duties:

o Manage documentation, data entry, and filing systems to maintain accurate records.

o Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

3. Process Improvement:

o Identify areas for operational improvement and propose actionable solutions.

o Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

4. Logistics Coordination:

o Support procurement and inventory management, ensuring supplies and resources are adequately maintained.

o Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication across departments.

o Map out routes ahead of time to determine the most convenient trip based on road and traffic conditions

5. Customer Service Support:

o Handle inquiries and resolve operational issues from clients, vendors, or internal teams promptly.

o Provide support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

o Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

o Assist in audits and risk assessments to uphold operational standards.

• Submit daily / weekly / monthly progress reports

• Other duties as assigned



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in an operational or administrative support role.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Full-time position with potential for occasional overtime during peak periods.



Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree

• Very Good English Skills (Written & Spoken)

• Computer Literate
