Your role

As a Customer Service Employee, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners. You’ll answer their questions, advise them on our products and services, and provide tailored offers. You’ll work closely with your colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and contribute ideas to improve our processes.

What we’re looking for

  • You are fluent in French and Dutch (English is a plus!).

  • You have experience in customer service and genuinely enjoy helping others.

  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and spoken.

  • You can spot sales opportunities and recommend the right products at the right time.

  • You are flexible, eager to learn, and able to adapt during busier periods.
