Segoso has an outstanding opportunity for an **Operations Support Specialist**to join the **Operational Administrative Team** of one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide accurate, timely data to management, and maintain proper documentation.
- Respond tactfully and promptly to inquiries and problems within scope of established authority.
- Prepare special reports requiring the selection of relevant information from a variety of sources.
**Job Requirements**
- 2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, MS Outlook, Customer Service & Data Entry.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- 30 WPM and above typing speed.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to interact, communicate and collaborate effectively with employees and coworkers.
