Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily construction operations across projects to ensure smooth execution
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor site activities, manpower deployment and resource utilisation
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, safety standards and company policies
  • Coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, consultants, vendors and subcontractors
  • Oversee administrative functions including documentation, reporting and operational controls
  • Lead operational improvement initiatives using IT systems and digital tools
  • Identify gaps in existing workflows and implement technology-driven solutions to improve productivity, accuracy and cost efficiency
  • Provide IT and systems support for internal software, databases, reporting platforms and digital records
