Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily construction operations across projects to ensure smooth execution
- Plan, coordinate and monitor site activities, manpower deployment and resource utilisation
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, consultants, vendors and subcontractors
- Oversee administrative functions including documentation, reporting and operational controls
- Lead operational improvement initiatives using IT systems and digital tools
- Identify gaps in existing workflows and implement technology-driven solutions to improve productivity, accuracy and cost efficiency
- Provide IT and systems support for internal software, databases, reporting platforms and digital records
