Shift : 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri

  • + Manage a team of 100+ Team Members
  • + Brings the WOW and makes it easy for our employees so that they can do meaningful and awesome work for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • + Main contact for at least 100 Team Members in production
  • + Own overall employee experience (LUNA tickets,Engagement, eNPS, SAT scores, absenteeism)
  • + Help outlier Team Members complete deliverables related to compliance, learning, performance reviews,etc.
  • + Drive overall communication and manage MS Teams channels (Internal, stakeholders, team member)
  • + Drive positive onboard & offboarding Team Member experience
