Job Description

  • Supervise Production & Quality: Oversee daily coding operations to ensure accurate and timely DRG assignment in compliance with client and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain TAT as per Client SLA: Ensure turnaround times are consistently met or exceeded as per Service Level Agreements.
  • Prepare Reports for Internal & External Customers: Generate and analyze productivity, quality, and compliance reports for stakeholders.
  • Daily Team Meetings: Conduct huddles to review performance, address challenges, and share updates.
  • Monitor Team Members, Provide Coaching & Feedback: Regularly review individual performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.
  • Maintain Leave Planner & Manage Attendance: Track team attendance, manage leave schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.
