  • Process: International Backend Operations


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational KPIs
  • Manage day-to-day backend operations ensuring quality, productivity, and SLA adherence
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions
  • Analyze reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Support teams for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with international client standards and internal policies


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in International Backend Operations
  • Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Hands-on experience with MIS, reporting, and performance management
