Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of manpower agency associates assigned to a specific function in the fulfillment center.
  • Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to ensure team engagement and high morale.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Operational Excellence

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks (e.g., picking, packing, sorting, shipping).
  • Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed to meet operational demands.
  • Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
