Qualifications

  • Amenable to work onsite at our Bridgetowne Site
  • Must have at least 2-5 years of related experience
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor in a BPO set-up
  • With relevant experience in handling Healthcare Account is an advantage
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent people management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various teams.
  • Driving team performance, KPI management, reporting, taking resource decisions, absenteeism.
  • Handle day-to-day operations with a focus on performance, quality, analysis, coaching & recognition.
  • Responsible for leading, motivating & retaining a team of professionals with accountability in all Service Delivery parameters.
