Qualifications
- Amenable to work onsite at our Bridgetowne Site
- Must have at least 2-5 years of related experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor in a BPO set-up
- With relevant experience in handling Healthcare Account is an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent people management skills.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various teams.
- Driving team performance, KPI management, reporting, taking resource decisions, absenteeism.
- Handle day-to-day operations with a focus on performance, quality, analysis, coaching & recognition.
- Responsible for leading, motivating & retaining a team of professionals with accountability in all Service Delivery parameters.
