Operations Team Lead

Our primary purpose is to engage in the operation and maintenance of plants, factories, warehouses, facilities, and equipment used in the manufacture and processing of various products, and the performance of related and incidental activities in connection thereto, and to provide allied support services such as the delivery of goods, wares, and merchandise of all kinds.

Qualifications:

Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.

Work Experience : At least 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with supervisory capacity.

Skills and Knowledge :

• Familiar with root cause analysis, CAPA reporting, and time and motion studies.
