The Opportunity
We are representing a premier, state-of-the-art sports institute that has recently launched their flagship facility in Singapore. To ensure sustenance beyond the initial launch phase, the founders are now seeking a heavyweight Operations Lead to take full ownership of the business engine. This means looking for a Builder-Operator who thrives in high-stakes, infancy-stage environments where the playbook is being written in real-time.
Location: West Singapore (5 days on-site)
Executive Overview
You will report directly to the founders. You should be able to pick things up quickly - identify the operational gaps, implement the discipline required to run a world-class facility - with little to minimal handholding.
Complex Scheduling: Mastering the Tetris of staff rosters and facility utilization across multiple programs and high-peak hours.
