Operations Team Leader - Outbound Sales

Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage an outbound sales team for a domestic voice process. You’ll be responsible for coach the team and ensure strong sales performance.

Requirements:

✔ Graduation is mandatory

✔ Minimum 2+ year experience as Team Leader (Outbound Sales)

✔ Strong exposure to Real Estate / Sales

✔ Team handling & target-driven mindset

✔ Excellent communication & leadership skills

✔ Immediate Joiner Preferred
