Operations Technician - 100% position Tasks
General maintenance and upkeep of apartments and building
Support and follow-up of proper documentation and internal control (IK) related to the properties
Maintain overview of service logs, checklists, and statutory requirements for the building
Contact, coordination, and collaboration with suppliers and partners connected to service agreements and inspections
Handling deliveries and incoming goods
Storage upkeep, organizing, and basic logistics
Assist housekeeping within operational capacity
Work in close collaboration with the building owner
Personal qualifications
Experience with renovation such as painting, flooring, basic carpentry, and similar work
