We are looking for an Operations Technology Professional (OTP) Trainee to actively support the OTP Pro. This person will support the development and execution of our in-restaurant technology, ensuring that all equipment functions at the highest level for our customers and crew. OTPs are essential to running great restaurants. They elevate expertise and ensure end users — managers, crew, and customers — can effectively use the technology in the restaurants. This person will receive on-the-job training to gain experience and confidence with the systems.
This entry level position provides training for advancement to OTP 1, OTP 2, and OTP Pro.
This person will be trained to identify and label equipment, and must have a basic understanding of computer concepts, use of basic technology terminology, and must be able to quickly learn basic knowledge of equipment in the following areas of each store:
