Operations Technology Program Manager – Wireless Product

Job Description1.Develop, communicate and drive adoption of the launch analytics program and vision on organization talent & culture operation.
2.Reporting & Analytics: Define and accept end-to-end reporting requirements, analytics and effectiveness within each analytics program;
3.Support implementation and management of technology solutions and tools to support program/organization managers evolving needs
4.Work location : Taipei / HsinChu

#LI-DC3Requirement1.Experience at talent development or cultivation would be good, e.g. support individual or team build-up on technology, management, soft-skill.
2.Master degree in engineering, information management, statistics or equivalent practical experience
3.7+ years in high-tech engineering/program/process management. Better to be familiar with wireless IC development workflow.
4.Good at AI or big data analysis/process/display
5.Good at cross-team communication .
