Operations Turnaround Team Lead

Basic Function

Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company, is seeking a Team Lead, Operations Turnaround. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Team Lead is a key leadership role at the Mississauga Lubricants facility. The Team Lead is accountable for ensuring safe, reliable, compliant and successful turnarounds within the Operations Department, while leading and owning the HF Sinclair operations readiness process for Mississauga. The Team Lead oversees and coordinates Turnaround activities on behalf of the Operations Department.

Job Duties

• Supports the Operations Group to deliver competitive turnarounds (T/A) durations/intervals focused on ready for and return from maintenance and other activities affecting Operations during T/A and Outages
