Role Summary
We are hiring a highly organized, detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant to convert raw field photos, notes, and drone imagery into accurate, client-ready property inspection reports. This is a production QA role: you own data integrity, defect labeling accuracy, and report completeness across our systems. If the evidence isn't in the data, you do not guess—you flag.
What Done Looks Like (Deliverables)
For every inspection, you will produce:
A completed inspection report in our reporting platform (all photos assigned, labeled, and categorized correctly; all required sections complete).
Updated internal trackers in Google Sheets (category scores entered accurately; required notes/flags included).
Drone deliverables in Google Sheets (house/lot counts completed using the required method; findings logged with notes).
A QC Issues & Data Gaps Log (missing/unclear items documented; requests sent to field team; resolution tracked).
