Operations & Workflow Manager (Professional Services)

We are a growing New Zealand law firm operating across conveyancing, litigation, and commercial work, with a distributed team across multiple countries.

We are seeking a highly organised Operations & Workflow Manager to work closely with the Principal and ensure work across teams is clearly owned, actively followed up, and completed on time without issues escalating unnecessarily to the Principal .

This is not a people-management role and not a strategy role .
You will manage workflow and accountability , not staff performance or behaviour.

This role exists to provide operational control, clarity, and follow-through .

If you are comfortable enforcing deadlines, chasing updates, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, this role may suit you well.
