Operations/Verifications Specialist (Hybrid, PHILIPPINES)

The verification/operations specialist shall be mainly responsible for answering Inbound and Outbound calls for references, education, credential and employment verification. The successful candidate must have excellent attention to details and must have a high-level of analytical skills to provide a comprehensive report to the client.

What we’re looking for:

• Must be residing within Metro Manila or nearby areas like Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, some parts of Batangas (should be willing to report in the office if needed).
• Candidate must at least have spent 1 year in college with BPO experience.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Requires excellent command on the English language and can handle conversational interviews.
• Proficiency on basic computer applications, e.g. Microsoft office and Web browsers
• Must be amenable to work remotely in the Night Shift and/or shifting schedules.
