Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Environment & prevent risk : TRIR (0), LTIR (0)
  • QFS factor : CPM, MQFS, KFDA, Sanitation, etc.
  • Productivity management : OEE, Waste (process, packing)
  • Project : Hodori line Stabilization
  • Emergency situation : Union strike, Food quality issue, disaster etc.
  • Management of field management and issue
  • Input and recheck of weekly FNF performance
  • Management of MOC and SCR for production team
  • Management of Test for improvement quality and launch of new products

 

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Raw material charging (Grits, Flavor, Rice etc.)
  • Method of cooker control (measure, steam, rpm, etc.)
  • Cooker cleaning
  • Cooker trouble shooting
  • Cooker preventive maintenance
  • Cooker online PES
  • Hoist operation method
  • Operating of moisture analysis meter
