Job Description
Operates manual and / or semi-automatic machinery that is assigned corresponding to the work instructions of the machines.
- Make necessary adjustments of the machinery to be operated.
- Interpret work drawings, drawings of the parts (lay out).
- Operates the machines and produces parts, avoiding defects in the finished product.
- Performs the operation of parts to be produced to be in the tolerances of the Manufacturing Plan.
- Review and comply with the corresponding product inspections during the process, and the filling of the Inspection record to ensure adhere to the specific dimensions. (process inspection).
- Recognizes the malfunction of the machine and / or problems with the tools and makes the necessary tool changes.
- Know and make tool changes that can be replaced when the standard tool is not available.
- Performs rework and sharpening when the operation requires it.
- Use and know the hand tools and measurement according to your control plan.
