Essel is currently seeking a skilled Operator to oversee remediation and demolition projects on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating heavy earthmoving and demolition equipment, capable of producing high-quality work with minimal oversight. This position requires expertise in finish grading, technical building wrecking, and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate heavy earthmoving and/or demolition equipment, including associated attachments, with minimal supervision from a Foreman or Superintendent.
+ Perform tasks efficiently and produce quality work, such as finish grading or technical building wrecking and processing.
+ Utilize more than 7 years of experience operating across various service lines to ensure project success.
+ Maintain and change out attachments for units as needed, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
+ Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including HAZWOPER certification and basic construction safety courses.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
+ Maintain equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
+ Follow project plans and specifications to achieve project goals effectively.

+ Proficiency in operating various attachments and equipment types.
+ HAZWOPER certification and basic construction safety courses are required.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments.
+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
