What You Will Do

We are seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join our Dozer Push team at Whitehaven’s Blackwater Mine. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality land preparation and earthworks services in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Caterpillar D11 Dozers with proven expertise
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards
• Execute precise bench prep, bulk pushing, andcoal uncovertasks using modular GPS guidance.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, safety consciousness, and teamwork
• Digger experience with Komatsu PC1250 or Cat 6030 would be highly advantageous but not essential.
• Grader experience with Cat 18m would be highly advantageous but not essential.

What You Will Bring:

• Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and a valid Driver’s License
• Comprehensive understanding of mining safety protocols and environmental standards
• Ability to interpret site plans and executebench/design tasks accurately
• Proven experience operating large earthmoving equipment in a mining environment
