Responsibilities
- Operate and Handle parts / materials in packing/packaging.
- To follow any relevant Standard Operation Procedure in maintaining product quality, safety, customer req. and compliance to Standard Operation Procedure.
- To prepare area and tools preparation prior to area clearance.
- To clean and ensure all equipment and tools in good condition before and after operating.
- To follow good documentation practices & good manufacturing practices.
- Preparation empty pallets for productions.
- Loading and unloading parts and other goods from trucks.
- Calibrate daily measuring tools
- To do inspection for all lot after production and before packing
- To do inspection for incoming coil for verification after done by production member
- To do inspection before delivery after delivery member scan all part need to be delivered.
- Key in inspection data into the checksheet provided
