KeyResponsibilities:

·Continuously observe and evaluatemachines during operation to ensure optimal performance and adherence toquality standards.

·Record and report any deviationsfrom standard operating procedures or performance benchmarks.

·Conduct regular and preventivemaintenance on machines to prevent failures, enhance performance, and reducedowntime.

·Keep detailed maintenance logs andrecords to track machine performance and maintenance activities.

·Quickly identify and diagnoseproblems with machinery as they occur, implementing effective solutions tominimize disruption.

·Collaborate with the maintenanceteam to resolve complex issues and ensure long-term solutions are in place.

·Ensure all products meet establishedquality standards by conducting routine inspections and tests.

·Report any quality issuesimmediately and take corrective actions to maintain product integrity.
