Intro Summary of the Role:
Responsible for efficient preparation of Gel Feed Tanks (GFT) in the Gel Melting Room (GMR) within standard parameters, ensuring quality compliance, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and GMP practices.

    • What You Will Do:

  • Operate and monitor gelatin melt tanks via SCADA to prepare batches as per specifications
  • Transfer approved gelatin bags and feed ingredients according to SOP and master formula
  • Prepare GFTs using weighing booths and dry dye weighing systems
  • Operate Viscosity Adjustment System (VAS) to meet viscosity set points
  • Perform capsule trim grinding and ensure proper documentation
  • Clean GFTs and dishes using automated and manual processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation as per GDP (Good Documentation Practices)
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during shifts

    • What We Are Looking For:

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with strict quality and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs
  • Basic knowledge of SCADA systems and pharmaceutical processes
  • Education: ITI or Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or Engineering (Preferred: Chemical)
  • Experience: Entry-level experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar environment
  • Skills: Operation of SCADA systems, Knowledge of GMP and GDP, Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Languages: English and Hindi
