Operator, Production Assembly

Overview

The production operator reports directly to the Team Leader of Production Assembly. You will work closely with production engineers to provide timely technical support and develop a solid understanding of Grundfos pump products across various assembly lines.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders. Carry out tasks according to the given work instructions and procedures. Operate machinery and equipment safely and correctly.
• Report quality issues. Inform the line leader immediately if you notice defective components or problems during final testing/inspection. Help fix any non‑conforming products.
• Check BOM (Bill of Materials). If you see any differences or mistakes in the Production BOM, report them to the line leader for correction.
• Use proper assembly & testing methods. Apply the required techniques and practices during assembly and testing.
