About the role
We're hiring Production Operators to join our Ventilation manufacturing team at Seven Hills. These are ongoing, full-time roles across reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.
These roles are critical to keeping the line moving, maintaining quality, and delivering for customers.
You'll be working on a stable, well-established production line with a consistent 7:25am – 3:30pm shift, on-site parking, and a team that values reliability and getting the job done properly.
You'll be part of our production team supporting the assembly and manufacture of domestic ventilation products. Depending on experience, you may work in a team-based assembly environment or take on a more autonomous role operating advanced machinery.
What You'll Be Doing
* Operate machinery and equipment to assemble parts and finished goods, including rollers, riveters, robots, and press equipment
* Set up machines where required, including moulds and dyes
* Work on the production line
* Monitor product quality, make sound decisions, and complete inspections in line with the Quality Manual
* Record daily production output and maintain accurate production and quality records
* Conduct cycle counts of materials and report discrepancies
* Perform routine equipment inspections in line with Preventive Maintenance schedules
* Maintain housekeeping standards and a safe, efficient work area
* Identify and report hazards, defects, and equipment issues promptly
About you:
* Previous experience as a machine or production operator
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn machinery
* Experience operating automated or robotic equipment
* Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately
* A reliable work ethic — you show up, on time, every time
* A team-first mindset with a practical, hands-on approach
