Job Description

Overview:

 

Packing of finished products for transport onto the warehouse. Assisting with technical roles on shift when skill level permits. 


Responsible for: 

  • Packing and banding production as required by manufacturing plan
  • Moving stillages through tunnel area
  • Monitoring quality- inspecting measuring and recording
  • Monitoring printer on line
  • Assisting with run up by watching profile through haul off and saws
  • Changing/ replenishing poly film as required
  • Printing labels when required 
  • Accurate completion of paperwork 
  • Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping at all times 
  • Completing of size changes 
  • Maintaining a health and safety working environment at all times, reporting defects as they arise 
  • Contributing effectively to your team
