POSITION TITLE: Operator Trainer


LOCATION: Sudbury, ON


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform commissioning and operator training on capital equipment, specifically hands-on and classroom training for mine site operators and MacLean Engineering personnel

  • Develop and implement MacLean product operational training materials and standards, including but not limited to: Operators Manuals
    Operational Training Aids
    Training Tests

  • Develop and maintain training records for all operational and maintenance training carried out by MacLean Engineering

  • Provide support to the Sales and Field Service groups as necessary by reporting/communicating field issues and possible improvements

  • Working with Documentation, Engineering, Technical and Field Service groups, ensure training materials are current, comprehensible and relative to customer requirements to ensure above and beyond training of mine site...
