Operators (Pumping Station)

Responsibilities

• Operate pumps valves and other equipment to control the flow of sewage.
• Monitor gauges meters control panels and SCADA systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Start and stop pumps based on flow requirements and system conditions.
• Report and assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pumping station and related infrastructure.
• Record operational data such as flow rates pressure levels and equipment status.
• Prepare daily operational logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms equipment failures or overflow situations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and supervisors during emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and municipal standards.
