- SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technical fieldrelated to the department of assignment or industry. Five years of related experience, to include leadership and training skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated use of Lean and Six-Sigma resources and tools. AutoCad 80%- Experience in design and/or line production improvement. Project management and administration
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as a teammember. Excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Medical device industry experience. Green Belt Certified
- Read/interpret documents.
