Job Description
**What you’ll do**:
- Job Summary- The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for support the deployment of the the ELSS (Eaton Lean Six Sigma) and CIF (Continuous Improvement Framework) tools across the facility in alignment with the plant Manufacturing Strategy to achieve the safety, quality, delivery and financial targets for the site.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Contribute in the advancement of the organization in the Operations Assessment (OpA).
- Execute the initiatives of the organization in the development, implementation and improvement of the Eaton Lean Systems throughout the operation, with all the documentation and metrics required.
- Analyze key metrics related to the Eaton Lean System on the Balanced Scorecard (relevant to the position) and perform periodical reviews to evaluate results and recommend action plans to close the gaps at an operational level.
- Develops strategic plan for the plant to exceed OpA/ELSS requirements.
