Direct, lead, and guide all OpEx initiatives Work with management to develop strategies to ensure ongoing education of all plant OpEx initiatives Analyze and develop recommendations to update the manufacturing facilities’ implementation plans Facilitate robust manufacturing process at supplier locations by developing training modules and hands-on implementation Facilitate multiple team Kaizen events Track productivity performance (major projects) by location and product category Provide documentation of results and benefits achieved
Experiência y requisitos
A Bachelors degree in Engineering 5+ years of experience within Manufacturing industry in in Opex/ Continuous Improvement area Demonstrated change management experience, and the proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve measurable results Lean certification desirable Strong leadership and results oriented skills
