Job Description

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative and manufacturing processes
  • Manage and lead improvement projects across departments
  • Analyze data and monitor KPIs (Cost per Unit, Hours per Unit, Scrap, FPY%, Downtime, etc.)
  • Define and optimize scorecards to improve reporting productivity
  • Implement Visual Factory Management for operational excellence
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools in daily operations
  • Deliver training sessions at different organizational levels
  • Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
  • Drive change management initiatives to support cultural transformation


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • 10 years of experience in the Metal Mechanic industry in Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Manufacturing roles
  • Fluent in English
