Eaton’s ESSG CPSD PDD Power Delivery Division division is currently seeking a OPEX Manager.
**What you’ll do**:
**Job summary**
Drive Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma implementation throughout the plant, including manufacturing and administrative areas, providing the resources and mentoring key contributors to ensure successful implementation to enable the plant to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory Targets.
Ensure alignment with Eaton Global CI and LSS Strategies and promote OpA standardization.

A. This position provides overall leadership for OPEX.
B. Drive Lean Manufacturing implementation in all manufacturing and administrative areas, and sustain the results achieved.
C. Defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Eaton Business System by utilizing the Eaton Lean System, 6 sigma, and prelaunch.
