Experience: 8 to 10 years

Skills: Body-in-White (BIW) Component Development (Sheet Metal, Stamping, Weldments)

• APQP Leadership: Lead and manage the entire APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process for new BIW components, ensuring all phases are completed on time with cross-functional sign-offs .
• Specification Management: Understand Specification & Requirement from the design team and communicate them accurately to potential suppliers.
• Supplier Qualification: Drive Supplier Identification, Supplier Selection, and conduct mandatory Supplier Audit and capability assessments for new vendors.
• Tooling & Manufacturing: Leverage deep Tooling, Raw Material and manufacturing Process Knowledge to monitor and approve tooling design, fabrication, and trials. Ensure component manufacturability and meet the Quality proving requirements.
• Travel whenever required for supplier visits, technical audits, and tooling trials.
