Job Description:


  • Achieve sales targets across diverse accounts, sectors, with a targeted balance of PSE service offerings
  • Generate and maintain successful relationships with customers and key accounts, with focus on specific sectors and customer accounts
  • Strategic and Key Account Management for our major current and future accounts
  • Pro-active pitching of our products and services, for example via Minto-style situational analysis
  • Support the creation / pitching of compelling bids and proposals, in conjunction with our global commercial and engineering teams
  • Manage and expand the local PSE Technical and Business development teams in due course
  • Support the negotiation of contracts and commercials terms
  • Develop the HT brand by attending conferences, meetings and industry events
