Experience: 6 to 8 years

Key Skills: Vehicle Interior Components (Plastics, Trims, Seating, Cockpit)

  • Understand Specification & Requirements: Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to accurately Understand Specification & Requirements for interior components, ensuring alignment with supplier capabilities.
  • Supplier Identification & Audit: Perform market research for Supplier Identification and initiate the pre-qualification process, including Supplier Audit for technical and quality capability (e.g., IATF 16949 compliance).
  • Sourcing Events: Prepare and manage technical and commercial documents, including RFQ/RFI Preparation, for all required interior parts.
  • Cost Negotiation: Lead and execute high-stakes Cost Negotiation with suppliers to secure the best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Contract Management: Work with legal and commercial teams on drafting and finalizing all purchase and supply contracts (Contract Management).
  • PO & On boarding: Manage the administrative process, including PO Preparation and ensuring smooth Supplier On boarding into the company's systems and supply chain.
