OPS Maintenance Tech

MAJOR FUNCTION

: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing maintenance and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment including electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, masonry and related components. Operates, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems and components including building automation systems. Operates and maintains vehicles including tractors, fork lifts, boom lifts, loaders, large trucks, and motorized carts. Maintains small equipment used in the maintenance area.

MINIMUM TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: Experience in at least three of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, electronics, carpentry/masonry, AutoCAD or equivalent Computer Aided Drafting / Drawing Program. High School or GED is preferred.
