+ Keep the pulse of customer satisfaction
+ Respond to customer’s inquiries in a timely manner
+ Work with internal LFS stakeholders to create an exceptional customer service experience
+ Manage account/customer expectations
+ Work with internal and external customers on Corrective and Preventative Actions
+ Build and maintain rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements
+ Manage appointed accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
+ Coordinate sea/air freight shipments and transport arrangement
+ Book service with co-loaders for import/export and trans-shipment
+ Prepare billings
