Job
Requirement:

  • Responsible for providing
    end-user support, including troubleshooting PCs/laptops,
    application software, printers, local and wide area networks, and
    other computer-related peripherals or software used by end
    users.
  • Providing Level 1 printing support, such
    as checking for paper jams, monitoring toner levels, replacing
    toner waste, and escalating issues to the service team for on-site
    support.
  • Candidate should possess a
    Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent
    in Engineering (Computer /
    Telecommunication)
  • Preferably at least 1 year
    of related working experience.
  • Preferably
    Executive specializing in Customer Service or
    equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in
    English,Malay language for both spoken and
    written
  • 1 Contract position
