Requirement:
- Responsible for providing
end-user support, including troubleshooting PCs/laptops,
application software, printers, local and wide area networks, and
other computer-related peripherals or software used by end
users. - Providing Level 1 printing support, such
as checking for paper jams, monitoring toner levels, replacing
toner waste, and escalating issues to the service team for on-site
support. - Candidate should possess a
Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent
in Engineering (Computer /
Telecommunication) - Preferably at least 1 year
of related working experience. - Preferably
Executive specializing in Customer Service or
equivalent. - Good communication skills in
English,Malay language for both spoken and
written - 1 Contract position
