About the Role
We are looking for experienced OPT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in OPT recruiting and a solid understanding of the OPT hiring process and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms) and referrals.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with current recruiting trends, tools, and best practices.
