Source and submit USC / GC / H4 EAD / L2 EAD / STEM OPT consultants
Deliver high-quality senior (9+ years) profiles
Strong hands-on experience with W2 hiring
Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
Screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding
Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams
Required Skills
5+ years of US IT staffing experience
Strong knowledge of US work authorizations
Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
