Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source and submit USC / GC / H4 EAD / L2 EAD / STEM OPT consultants
- Deliver high-quality senior (9+ years) profiles
- Strong hands-on experience with W2 hiring
- Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
- Screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams
