Optical Engine Product & Process Integration Engineer

Molex is seeking an Optical Engine Design Integration Engineer to join our Optical Solution Business Unit (OSBU). You will be part of a world-class engineering team, responsible for integrating opto-mechanical and process designs for optical engines. This includes module-level package design during the feasibility phase to validate key components and optical engine functionality — such as PICs (photonic integrated chips), laser diodes, opto-mechanical architecture, thermal/stress management and manufacturability.

You will integrate the optical design, structural design, thermal-stress simulation, and define specifications for components and processes. From the optical engine perspective, you will also define process requirements, process flows, and lead development and validation.
