Optician, Dual Licensed FT Relief

Position Summary

The Optician, Dual Licensed reports to the Vision Centre Manager and provides the Store with expertise on the ordering and dispensing of quality eyewear while maximizing sales and profit, maintaining exemplary customer service by adhering to the 3 Basic Beliefs and values of Wal-Mart.

Responsibilities

• Develop the optical business through executing programs as well as promoting the Walmart brand.
• Build collaborative relationships with Optometrists and other healthcare providers in Walmart and within the community.
• Expertly guides customers in selecting frames and lenses that are best suited for their lifestyle, wardrobe, RX, and price needs.
• Proactively identifies root causes, anticipates needs, exceeds customer expectations, and delivers effective solutions.
