Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, fashion-savvy Massachusetts-licensed optician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has values quality, enjoy building relationships, and has a keen eye for detail and design. We are looking for a licensed Massachusetts OPTICIAN with extensive Optical retail experience. We welcome individuals who take pride and delivering excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with frame selection, lens options, and styling, ensuring a tailored and memorable experience.
- Interpret prescriptions and ensure precise measurements and fittings.
- Place in track eyewear orders, inspect and dispense completed eyeware.
- Maintain knowledge of luxury, eyewear, trends, and collections.
- Support merchandising, and visual presentation of the boutique.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Massachusetts Optician.
- 2+ years in an optical luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- A passion for fashion, design, and client care.
- Tech-savvy and organized with attention to detail.
