Job Description
As OPTIMA SOLUTIONS PROCESS ASSISTANT, you will lead the assigned human resources, to ensure that the parameters are within the established ranges together with the client, and the correct operation of the equipment in the 4 lines in charge of PPG.
You will report to the Optima Solutions Site Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure process control in the lines in charge of PPG.
- Lead the launching of new technologies or PPG products.
- Follow up on work orders, together with Group Leaders and Toyota Specialists.
- Follow up on customer requirements, and new projects, related to PPG activity in the lines in charge.
- Ensure calibration of measuring equipment.
- Confirm correct addition of paste and resin to the E-coat tanks, and the dosing of chemicals in the pretreatment tanks.
- Coordinate activities of assigned personnel.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 2+ experience in coating processes.
- Rotate shifts.
