Job Description
As an OPTIMA SOLUTIONS SUPERVISOR, you will lead the customer's on-site support operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost goals by building work teams focused on improvement.
You will report to Optima Solutions Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- To coordinate the activities of Technical Service to the client in the productive area.
- Provide information of material estimates and coordinate with planning the delivery of materials.
- Ensure the Continuous Improvement Process by controlling the PPG processes.
- Promote constant interaction with the Customer to constantly improve problem response and process improvements using presentations and accurate tracking.
- Prepare the Budget of Expenses, Annual Sales and Fixed Assets.
- Elaborate the Monthly Report of Results and financial and technical activities.
- Responsible for the security and audits, and the follow up to the open points.
